About me
My name is Maxens, I've been running since 2020, and I've never won a single race.
Nine bibs in three years, from 20 km to the marathon, always running alongside someone: pacing a friend to their goal, following another on my first trail run. An annual race every late June in Vimy that became a tradition. On 28 November, it will be the SaintéSprint: 24 km at night to Lyon, alongside 20 000 people who had the exact same idea on the exact same evening.
Outside of running, I am a software developer and content creator. My audience of developers, executives, and freelancers rarely overlaps with the running world. That is what makes my profile unique.
And I'm not doing it alone: Mathieu is lining up with me, on the same distance. Everything shared here applies to both of us.

Target race
SaintéSprint, 24 km at night, 28 November 2026.
The SaintéLyon is a classic of French trail running: a late November night, thousands of headlamps stretching from Saint-Étienne to Lyon. The SaintéSprint is the short format: 24 km on the final section of the course, start at 23h00, finish at Halle Tony Garnier.
The official elevation gain for the 2026 edition has not yet been released by the organizers. The value shown is from the previous edition (~350 m D+ / 517 m D−).
My progression

Six years, never a step back
I have never taken a step back from one year to the next: from 42 km in 2021 to 904 km in 2025. My volume increased twentyfold in five years.

My averages
Month by month
The 52 months since my very first run, without a break.
These past few weeks
I share everything, including the rough patches. My year has been inconsistent: 32 active weeks out of 52 (62 %), 611 km over twelve months, and an average of 8.3 km per week over the last twelve. The comeback has been underway since August.

What I offer
I am an amateur runner and I embrace it. I'm not selling high performance: I offer a documented preparation and access to a professional audience outside the running bubble.
- In-depth posts documenting the preparation and race on LinkedIn (targeted professional audience, outside the running bubble)
- Dedicated website with public, verifiable training data, partner logo and link
- Detailed written field reports on gear tested in real conditions: nighttime trail running, in the winter
- Photo/video content before, during, and after the race
- Wearing brand apparel during the race and at the finish line
